Kure City, Hiroshima Prefecture, is a port town facing the Seto Inland Sea, known for its rich nature and beautiful scenery, and is also known as a tourist city and a city of delicious gourmet food.
The area is known for its rich seafood nurtured by the calm waters of the Seto Inland Sea. Oyster farming has been practiced since the mid-1500s, and today Kure is known as one of the leading oyster producers in Japan. The region also produces other high-quality processed marine products using seaweed, wakame seaweed, sardines, etc.
The Japan Pavilion will feature oyster "Oyster Musume" produced by Ondo Kaisan, an oyster producer featured in Singapore Airlines' in-flight magazine "Silver Kris" and its website, as well as high quality domestic seaweed, wakame, and sardines. Located in Onagawa, a fishing port town, we are one of the few kamaboko manufacturers in Japan that handle the entire process from the purchase of fish to the final product, kamaboko, and have been in business for over 80 years.
In 2017, the company was awarded the Emperor's Cup at the Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Festival for its "Gozen Kamaboko Oyster".

We are a wholesaler of marine products in Fukui Prefecture. We handle not only fresh, frozen, and salted and dried fish, but also we have been engaged in integrated farming of Fukui salmon (sea-farmed trout and freshwater-farmed rainbow trout) for the past 10 years. The farming is not outsourced, but our own employees manage the entire process from egg hatching to shipping.

Starting in the spring of 2024, "Fukui Meisui Salmon (farmed rainbow trout)" will be available for fresh shipment year-round.
