This crunchy snack gently captures the natural sweetness of sweet potatoes and rice koji, nourishing both body and mind.

We use carefully grown sweet potatoes from Ibaraki Prefecture, JAPAN, including those that could not be sold on the market due to their irregular shape or size, ensuring nothing goes to waste. The sweet potatoes are slowly roasted overnight in our own kitchen to bring out their natural sweetness.

For sweetness, we use a koji-based sweetener made from rice—a carefully upcycled byproduct of the Japanese traditional sake-brewing process. Its refined, honey-like sweetness enhances the natural flavor of the ingredients with a gentle, elegant finish.

Ibaraki Prefecture, where our company is located, is famous forthe production of dried sweet potatoes. Every year, it is estimatedthat 2,000 tons are disposed.This product is made from driedsweet potatoes with the whole skin.　「Peel（Kawa） Good（Iine） = Kawaiine!」 This is a product that addresses the SDG goals.

[Traditional hand-squeezed sake lees handed down since the Edo period]

The sake lees used to flavor our Parmesan cheese are from Inaba Sake Brewery in Ibaraki Prefecture, our local area, and are made using the traditional "hand-squeezed" method that has been handed down since the Edo period.

Sake lees, a by-product of sake brewing, contains a variety of ingredients produced by the action of peptides, amino acids, koji mold and yeast, and is popular among women as it is believed to help maintain health and beauty.
