Red wine Kanon ’22 is made using traditional methods, where after controlled fermentation, the wine matures in wooden barrels. The individual qualities of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon in Kanon complement each other and constantly surprise us with their rich aromatic complexity… From the scent of overripe cherries, wild blueberries, plums, to the aroma of fresh violets.
Kanon is an ideal representative of an archival wine, whose full value is revealed only with time.
