Our price winning products push the boundaries of how Nordic legumes can be used and how much umami we can create with them!
The natural fermentation methods we use combine Japanese tradition with Danish legumes and a twist of innovation. Ingredients are clean and simple: beans, seaweed, water, salt and fermentation cultures.
The result is somewhat similar to shoyu and miso – and can be used accordingly - while savouring and expressing the Nordic terroir, creating unique taste experiences.
