The Sekaitaka Koyamaya Group, centered around Koyama Honke Shuzo, is a sake producer operating six breweries across Japan (Akita, Niigata, Saitama, Kyoto, and Hyogo).
We craft sake that reflects each region’s character and offer a wide lineup ranging from cost-effective carton sake to premium high-end varieties.
For this event, Koyama Honke Shuzo in Saitama has prepared five different products with distinct profiles—Junmai Daiginjo, Junmai Ginjo, Junmai, Daiginjo, and a liqueur.
