Founded in 1931, we are a Saitama-based sweet bean paste manufacturer. We produce and sell sweet bean paste and yokan for Japanese sweets, bread, and other desserts. We create products using ingredients like sweet potatoes, yuzu and Sayama tea from Saitama Prefecture, collaborating closely with producers. We also offer OEM production for custom items, so please feel free to contact us.

Our Anko Doki Yokan cherishes the taste of its ingredients.
We meticulously select everything from the origin and variety to the type of sugar,
and conducted numerous trials to bring out the natural flavors of the ingredients.
It comes in six flavors: smooth red bean paste, matcha, yuzu, sweet potato, salt, and cacao.
We use no artificial flavors or colorings, reflecting our desire for everyone from children to adults to enjoy our products with peace of mind.

Since our founding, we have strived to craft anko that minimizes the use of additives and colorings to preserve the inherent taste of the ingredients.
This time, we offer a variety of anko fillings, including whole-bean red bean paste and smooth red bean paste made with Tokachi-grown adzuki beans from Hokkaido,as well as Oshima cherry blossom paste, Saitama yuzu paste, Kawagoe sweet potato paste, Wakayama lemon paste, Sayama tea paste, and cacao paste.
